Nothing Phone (4a) design and new Glyph Bar revealed ahead of March 5 launch

In the last few weeks, Nothing has been teasing the Nothing Phone (4a), which culminated in the reveal of the rear design and the new Glyph Bar.How does Nothing feel, exactly? The reimagining of the Glyph interface?Nothing is set to introduce the new Phone (4a) on March 5 after its teaser campaign that revealed the phone's design. And as expected, the phone retains the semi-transparent look of the previous smartphones from the brand. The upcoming device features an evolution of the previous generation's design with an even more exposed lower back portion, but with a new dual tone approach, and is expected to come in at least four color options, including white (depicted in the teaser), black, blue, and pink. One of the most obvious changes is the Phone (4a)'s new Glyph Bar, which replaces the Glyph interface from the previous generations. The Glyph Bar consists of 6 square LEDs next to the pill-shaped camera island, with each square featuring 9 individually controlled mini-LEDs. These LEDs can be programmable and customized. Nothing also confirmed that these LEDs will be even brighter than the previous generations.Nothing Phone (4a) in White and in PinkThe render of the Phone (4a) also depicts that the Essential Key has been moved from the right side (from the previous generation) to the left side. This helps keep it distinct from the power and volume rocker.Another previous teaser depicts the phone in Hot Pink with softer pink antenna lines. It also shows that it has near-symmetrical slim bezels.GSMArena reports that several leaks have claimed that the Phone (4a) is getting a 120Hz 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset, 12GB RAM, 256GB storage, and a 5,400mAh battery with 50W wired charging. It will allegedly come with a 50MP main, a 50MP 3.5x telephoto, and an 8MP ultra-wide camera. Not much else is known yet about the phone.Stay tuned for our coverage on the Nothing Phone (4a) launch this March 5, 2026.What do you guys think?Source: Nothing 1, 2, Via: GSMArena
