This year's curriculum focuses on the installation of domestic refrigeration and air-conditioning units and features an extended duration compared to the inaugural run.The 2026 program shifts from the lecture-based format of its first iteration to a hybrid model that combines hands-on application with technical instruction, aimed at preparing trainees for work in the HVAC sector.This second chapter of our training program marks a significant milestone in our mission to uplift Filipino talent. As we envisioned, this session provides aspiring technicians with the essential tools and practical experience they need to succeed in today's competitive landscape. Representatives from TCL's Product and Service teams participated in the sessions.The training also included instruction on TCL-specific technology, such as the TCL Home App and Voice Command features. TCL partner and B2B dealer Firstar, represented by Pika Lee, attended the sessions and announced a learner profiling initiative held on the final day.Training sessionsThe third day served as an evaluation and mini job fair, designed to assess trainees and connect them with potential employers.
