HONOR 600 Series, Officially Launched in the Philippines with Mercedes-Benz EQA 250 Pre-Order Raffle Promo

The new HONOR 600 Series brings next-generation AI creativity tools, advanced night photography features, flagship-level performance, and massive battery capacity to Filipino creators and mobile users. AI Creativity: HONOR 600 Series introduces AI Image to Video 2.0, allowing users to transform photos into cinematic short videos with natural language prompts, while AI-powered editing tools make creative storytelling more accessible and dynamic on mobile. Night Imaging: Equipped with a 200MP Ultra-clear Night Camera, advanced AI imaging architecture, enhanced stabilization, and powerful zoom capabilities, the HONOR 600 Series is designed to push smartphone photography further, especially in low-light situations. Premium Endurance: Combining a slim premium design with a huge 7,000mAh battery, ultra-bright 8,000nits display, flagship-grade processors, and durable IP68/IP69 protection, the series aims to deliver an all-around high-end experience for modern users. There’s a growing demand for smartphones that can do more than simply capture photos and videos. Today’s users want devices that can help them create content that feels expressive, cinematic, and uniquely personal without needing complicated software or expensive equipment. That’s exactly the direction that HONOR 600 Series appears to be taking as HONOR Philippines officially unveiled the new lineup starting at PHP 25,999. Available for pre-order from May 14 to May 29, the new series is positioned toward a new generation of creators who want to reinterpret moments creatively before sharing them online. Alongside the launch, HONOR is also offering buyers a chance to win a Mercedes-Benz EQA 250, adding even more excitement to the pre-order period. Customers who pre-order can also receive free HONOR accessories upon claiming their devices on May 30. AI Tools Designed for Creative Storytelling One of the biggest highlights of the new series is AI Image to Video 2.0, which HONOR describes as an industry-exclusive feature powered by a unified multi-modal video generation model. In simpler terms, it allows users to transform still images into short cinematic videos directly from their phones. Users can combine up to three images with natural language prompts to create 3 to 8-second video clips. The system also allows creators to define opening and ending frames for more narrative control, while cinematic templates help simplify the creative process even further. HONOR is clearly leaning into the growing popularity of AI-assisted creativity, especially among younger mobile users who regularly create short-form content for social media platforms. Features like the dedicated AI Button and AI Photos Agent further reinforce this direction by enabling natural language-based editing directly within the device. The creative toolkit also includes features such as Moving Photo Eraser and Moving Photo Breakout Collage, which add more dynamic visual effects and editing possibilities without requiring third-party applications. Built for Low-Light Photography The HONOR 600 Series also puts major emphasis on photography, particularly night imaging. HONOR equipped the lineup with a 200MP Ultra-clear Night Camera using a large 1/1.4-inch sensor, which the company claims is the largest in its class. Combined with HONOR’s AiMAGE intelligent imaging architecture and E2E AI Remosaic technology, the system is designed to improve light sensitivity and overall image quality in darker environments. A 12MP ultra-wide camera, dedicated color temperature sensor, and 50MP front camera complete the setup. Meanwhile, the Pro version steps things up further with a 50MP 3.5X Periscope Telephoto Camera capable of reaching up to 120x zoom. The stabilization system is another standout feature here. HONOR says its proprietary SOIS technology achieves CIPA 6.0 stabilization for the main camera and CIPA 6.5 stabilization for the Pro telephoto lens, positioning the series as one of the strongest camera systems in its segment. AI-assisted night photography enhancements also play a major role in the overall experience. Features such as AI Enhanced Night Photography, AI Enhanced Night Portrait, AI Super Zoom 2.0, and SuperMoon 2.0 aim to help users capture clearer and more dramatic scenes in challenging lighting conditions. Slim Design with Massive Battery Capacity Large batteries often result in thicker smartphones, but HONOR says the 600 Series avoids that compromise through integrated cold-carving craftsmanship and advanced internal stacking technology. The lineup features a satin-finish matte metal frame, ultra-thin bezels, and symmetrical curves designed to give the device a more premium appearance and feel. Color options include Orange, Golden White, and Black. Despite maintaining a slim profile, the devices pack a massive 7,000mAh battery, which HONOR says is the largest battery ever used in the Number Series lineup. According to HONOR, the AI Battery Scheduling Engine intelligently manages power distribution to help deliver up to two days of endurance under demanding usage conditions. The company also claims the device remains operational even under extremely cold temperatures with low battery levels. Charging capabilities are equally ambitious. The series supports 80W wired HONOR SuperCharge, while the Pro version adds 50W wireless charging. Both devices also support 27W reverse wired charging, including compatibility with iPhones. Bright Display and Durable Build HONOR also focused heavily on display quality and durability. The HONOR 600 Series comes with a 6.57-inch display capable of reaching up to 8,000nits peak brightness along with a 120Hz refresh rate and 3,840Hz risk-free dimming. The display is paired with multiple eye comfort technologies designed to optimize long-term viewing while maintaining strong outdoor visibility under bright sunlight. For durability, the devices carry IP68, IP69, and IP69K water and dust resistance ratings together with SGS 5-star Premium Performance Certification for drop and crush protection. Flagship-Level Performance Powering the HONOR 600 is the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor, while the HONOR 600 Pro upgrades to the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset built on a 3nm process. HONOR says the Pro version delivers significant CPU and GPU improvements aimed at users who demand stronger gaming performance, smoother multitasking, and faster responsiveness across more demanding applications. Pricing and Availability in the Philippines The HONOR 600 Series is now available for pre-order in the Philippines until May 29, 2026. The HONOR 600 5G starts at PHP 25,999 for the 8GB + 256GB variant, PHP 32,999 for the 12GB + 256GB version, and PHP 37,999 for the 12GB + 512GB configuration. Meanwhile, the HONOR 600 Pro with 12GB + 512GB storage is priced at PHP 49,999. Customers who pre-order during the promo period also get a chance to win a Mercedes-Benz EQA 250 along with free HONOR accessories upon claiming their devices. HONOR 600 Pro Review – Is this the ultimate mid-range phone in the Philippines of 2026?

The new HONOR 600 Pro just arrived in the Philippine market as the brand's most premium and powerful mid-range smartphone of 2026, priced at PHP 49,999.Meet HONOR 600 ProThe HONOR 600 Pro is the higher-end version of the HONOR 600, boasting the high-end 3nm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, 200MP main shooter paired with a 50MP 3.5x telephoto camera, large 7,000mAh battery, wireless charging, and the iPhone 17 Pro-inspired design.Let's have a look.True flagship build, familiar designHONOR 600 Pro unboxed (everything inside the box)The HONOR 600 Pro arrived with a flagship-level build, and the phone feels premium through and through. It has a precision-carved unibody design with a glossy finish on the slightly elevated rectangular camera island and a smudge-resistant frosted finish on the rest of the body. The side of the phone (volume rocker, power key, shutter/AI key)The phone comes with a matte metal frame with subtle curves for a comfortable fit as well. This is also very slim at 7.8mm for a smartphone equipped with a massive battery of over 7,000mAh, at par or better with most modern premium-priced big battery phones.Top, bottom viewMoreover, it has IP68, IP69, and IP69K dust and water resistance, as well as SGS Premium Performance Certification for Drop & Crush Resistance. In person, the size of the phone is the "sweet spot" for modern Android phones at 156.0 x 74.7 x 7.8 mm. The phone is also not that heavy at 200 grams. In terms of design, the HONOR 600 Pro is clearly inspired by the iPhone 17 Pro. HONOR is not even hiding it, likely aiming to win over Android users drawn to Apple's flagship aesthetics.Opinions among my friends and peers are divided on this look; some like it, while others don't appreciate it.Personally, I wish HONOR had simply refined last year's 400 Pro design, as that look is clean and distinct, almost exclusively to HONOR phones. For me, too many brands already have this type of look.Very good display experienceDisplay sweet spotThe HONOR 600 Pro packs some of the better displays around. At 6.57 inches, the size is just right. The black bezel is also the narrowest at 0.98mm, the company claims. The panel HONOR used is AMOLED. While it is not LTPO, this uses a high-quality AMOLED panel with 60 to 120Hz refresh rate, 3840Hz PWM dimming, and crisp 1.5K 2728 x 1264 resolution at 460 ppi.Crisp and brightThis has AI HDR Display 2.0 and AI Vivid Display 2.0 with HDR certification for Netflix and Amazon. It can go bright up to 8,000 nits, one of the highest on a phone today. In my experience, it is very bright. It is also vibrant, but not overly saturated. Colors pop quite well. Under direct sunlight, the screen remains very legible and brighter than most phones we tested (including pricier phones)—making it great for shooting photos and videos even outdoors. The touchscreen experience is also accurate, fast, and responsive. It also has Light and Dark modes to choose from depending on your preference, Sunlight mode for extended high brightness for outdoor light, color temperature adjustments, and eBook mode (black and white for reading).By the way, the lower middle part of the display has a hidden fingerprint sensor. In my experience, it works 9 out of 10 times. It is also fast and generally reliable. It has two speakers in total and can deliver very loud yet fairly crisp tunes for music listening, watching movies, and more. Quality is above-average for a mid-range phone, but it is still a step behind the speaker quality of more expensive phones. Bass is understandably a bit weaker. The handset has 3 microphones in total. Recording quality is great with entry-level external microphone quality (that's great for creators who do not want to carry an extra microphone for better audio recordings). As expected, the phone's earspeaker is standard and clear enough for taking calls.High-end-level camerasOne of the main features of the HONOR 600 Pro is its cameras. This has identical megapixel numbers to the HONOR 400 Pro last year, but the OIS has been upgraded, and the optical zoom range is now better at 3.5x instead of just 3x.In particular, this phone highlights the 200MP f/1.9 CIPA 6.0 OIS main shooter, 12MP f/2.2 w/ AF, and 50MP f/2.8 3.5x periscope w/ CIPA 6.5 OIS. It even has a Color temperature sensor for natural-looking tones.Daylight main cam shotAs expected, the primary 200MP camera of this phone delivered and is capable of capturing high-level shots in different lighting conditions. It has natural colors, crisp yet not oversharpened images, and has great shadows and dynamic range for a phone at this price point.Well-lit 80mm and 160mm cat shotIn my experience, its zoom quality is also very good for the price. It can do up to 3.5x optical zoom, 7x lossless hybrid zoom, and even the higher 20x and 40x zoom shots may remain crisp—particularly in well-lit conditions.1x3x, 20x40x, 120xAt higher zoom ranges, the AI will heavily kick in to aid its camera to deliver decent "usable" results.Since its OIS is good, the zoom is not shaky and nicely stabilized, so it won't be that hard to frame your shots when zooming.48mm 2x Portrait, 80mm 3.5x PortraitThe zoom is also helpful when taking Portrait shots. The 3.5x 80mm zoom is great and can deliver shots with minimal distortion. At 2x lossless zoom using its primary camera, picture quality is even higher with more natural colors, but it can make the subject look a little bit fuller.1x, 2x zoom food shotsI enjoyed using the phone's tele-zoom camera for capturing pets like cats and food shots.1x, ultra-wide (0.6x)The ultra-wide cam is also decent with high dynamic range, even for shots against the light.1x, ultra-wide (0.6x) low lightIn the dark, it is one of the best phones for taking cityscapes. It delivers high-quality low-light images with minimal grain and color loss. Artifacts are not visible to the naked eye unless the user pixel-peeps.1x, ultra-wide (0.6x) at night1x and 3.5x zoom at nightThe ultra-wide camera and zoom will understandably have more grain and some color loss as the primary camera uses a bigger sensor.Night Portrait (cropped)If HONOR could improve on one thing, I hope that they could seed a software update to improve edge detection and subject to background separation when using the Portrait mode. For selfies, it has a 50MP f/2.0 sensor. This is a high-quality selfie shooter with sharp details, natural colors, and a fairly wide field of view. Well-lit indoor selfiesIt also has some of the better Portrait modes for selfies and pretty good edge detection. It has a beauty mode by default, but it did not make my skin tone white.Indoor Portrait selfieIt only improved my skin texture a little, but it remained natural-looking. Of course, users may adjust the beautification level to their liking.Low‑light selfies leave room for improvement, yet the HONOR 600 Pro still ranks among the better options for capturing clear, usable shots in the dark—thanks to its capable front camera sensor, AI optimizations, and night shot algorithms. For videos, the phone records up to 4K 60fps at the back with fair stabilization. There's a bit of ghosting, but its 4K 30fps mode is good enough even for product video shots for my work as a tech content creator. The zoom is also usable in well-lit conditions, but it may be a bit grainy in regular white-lit rooms without windows. The selfie cam can also record up to 4K, but only up to 30fps. It's not a bad thing for me, as the quality is surprisingly crisp with natural colors. There is almost no jitter, and ghosting is minimal. Even if there's no OIS in front, stabilization is decent, and the field of view at 0.8x is quite wide for vlogs.Early 2025 flagship phone performance, superb for a mid-ranger in 2026HONOR 600 Pro AnTuTu scoreFor everyday tasks and even heavy workloads, the HONOR 600 Pro runs buttery smooth.Powered by the 3nm Snapdragon 8 Elite chip with Adreno graphics, up to 16GB Turbo RAM (12GB physical RAM), and 512GB storage, it breezes through social media management, photo editing, 4K video cuts on CapCut Pro, AI assistance, and even up to 4K recording without lag or heat‑related app crashes.HONOR 600 Pro benchmark scoresGeekbench, 3DMark Wild Life ExtremeAnTuTu 11 - 3,042,805Geekbench 6 - 2,864 Single-Core Score, 8,691 Multi-Core Score3DMark Wild Life Extreme - 6,345 Overall score, Maxed Out! Average frame rate (FPS)Gaming is not the highlight of this phone, but I tried it on Genshin Impact, one of the most graphically demanding games for mobile phones, and it passed with flying colors. By default, graphic settings are already set to mostly "high," and the actual experience is smooth with little to no visible drops even during clashes. Genshin Impact settings, Game ManagerIt will handle other popular titles that are less demanding, like Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, in a breeze. This phone even has a "Game Manager" that will pop up when you swipe right from the left part of the screen in landscape mode. It has Mistouch Prevention, Game Filters, Touch Enhancer, Image Enhancer, Bypass Charging, Screenshot, Screen Recording, Rotation Lock, and Timing Aid. Speaking of cooling, HONOR said that this has an advanced cooling system with a 5,219mm² 3D vapor chamber and 12,000+mm² of high-performance graphite sheets. It gets warm while playing games for over 20 minutes straight, but not alarmingly hot. In fact, when you put the free case, you will barely feel the heat. Even for other tasks, like video rendering and photo editing, while at a WiFi hotspot, no issue or whatever.Connectivity features are strong as well. This connects up to WiFi 7, reaching super-fast speeds on compatible home networks. I also tested 5G, and it works just as well as my other high-end phones. It also connects via Bluetooth 6.0 LE with support for multiple audio codecs, including lossless audio (SBC, AAC, LDAC, aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, LHDC3.0, LHDC4.0, LHDC5.0, LC3).I also had decent to good experiences with its NFC and GPS. This also has dual nano SIM slots and eSIM support. To those who do not know, eSIM offers convenience by removing the need for physical SIM cards, making it easier to switch carriers, manage multiple numbers, and stay connected while traveling. The battery is amazingHONOR AIAs an everyday casual phone, this phone has a superb battery life. Thanks to its 7,000mAh capacity, it can truly last for two (2) days on a single charge at 50% auto brightness. Under heavier usage for content creation, like taking a lot of photos and videos while on vacation, it can last for a whole day with about 20-30% left in the tank.During my last trip, I even used the phone as a WiFi hotspot for 10 hours while taking a few photos from time to time. It only consumed 40% of the battery. The HONOR 600 Pro used just 3-4% battery every 20 minutes of Genshin Impact at 50% brightness and 40% volume. With its 80W power brick, the phone may be charged from 1 to 100% in slightly under 50 minutes. The phone itself could also be used like a power bank with 27W Wired Reverse Charging. While 80W is a bit down from the 100W last year, HONOR added a 50W Wireless HONOR SuperCharge support this time.Unfortunately, I do not have a compatible fast wireless charger around, so I was only able to try it with my 15W wireless power banks. It works, but I wasn't able to test its maximum wireless charging speed potential.Plenty of software and AI tricksThe UIThe HONOR 600 Pro arrived with MagicOS 10 skin based on the Android 16 operating system.By theory, it brings a refined, secure, and AI‑driven experience. In my experience, it delivers smoother animations, better responsiveness, and a cleaner overall software with some transparent UI design choices.Image to Video AIHONOR is also hyping its Image to Video and AI Instant Movie feature. These are fun tools to turn your ordinary photos into something exciting, funny, or whatever, as well as create instant videos in a prompt.HONOR AI toolsHONOR also improved its Magic Retouch with AI Erase, AI Upscale, AI Cutout, and AI Outpainting. It also has an AI Portrait that can Face Tune to open the eyes of the subject if closed, and an AI Beauty.Of course, the ever-useful Google Gemini AI assistant is pre-installed.The device also has Quick Share, HONOR Share (works with HUAWEI), and iOS file transfer support with the HONOR Connect app.HONOR also commits to 6 major Android OS upgrades and 6 years of security patches—ensuring long‑term performance, protection, and value for users. What could be improved next time is that HONOR could have lessened the bloatware.Pros - Undeniably premium build, slim profile, good display, fast performance, improved cameras, plenty of AI tricksCons - The iPhone look is not for everyone, the price jump is big from the previous generation (due to global memory shortage and other factors)HONOR 600 Pro 5G SpecsDisplay: 6.57-inch AMOLED screen w/ 120Hz refresh rate, 3840Hz PWM dimming, 1.5K 2728 x 1264 resolution at 460 ppiCPU: 4.32GHz 3nm Snapdragon 8 Elite octa-core processorGPU: AdrenoRAM: 12GBROM: 512GB UFS 4.1Back Camera: 200MP f/1.9 CIPA 6.0 OIS + 12MP f/2.2 w/ AF + 50MP f/2.8 3.5x periscope w/ CIPA 6.5 OIS + Color temperature sensor + LED flash Selfie Camera: 50MP f/2.0Battery: 7,000mAh w/ USB-C 80W HONOR SuperCharge, 27W Wired Reverse Charging, 50W Wireless HONOR SuperChargeOS: Android 16 w/ MagicOS 10.0Connectivity: WiFi 7, 5G, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 6.0, OTG, NFC, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo, QZSS, dual SIM (nano)Sensors: Gravity, compass, ambient light, proximityOthers: In-Display fingerprint sensor, IP68/69/69K dust and water resistance, VC cooling system, Colors: OrangeDimensions: 156.0 x 74.7 x 7.8 mmWeight: 200 gPrice: PHP 49,999VerdictThe HONOR 600 Pro is essentially a 2025 flagship reborn as a premium 2026 mid‑range. The handset features a high-end build, a massive battery with great real-life performance, and standout cameras led by its 200MP main shooter paired with a high-quality 3.5x zoom.It also has smooth Snapdragon 8 Elite performance, extra-bright 120Hz 1.5K AMOLED display, and a wide array of creative AI tools. While it has a few weak points, its iPhone‑inspired design may divide opinions, and the PHP 49,999 price tag is a bit on the steep side—it's one of the most complete mid‑range phones in the Philippine market this year overall. This phone is a major upgrade coming from the HONOR 200 Series and a decent update from the HONOR 400 Pro.Build/Design - 4.25Multimedia Experience - 4.5Cameras - 4.5Performance - 4.5Average - 4.43/5
