Sony has launched the FE 100-400mm F5.6-8 OSS, a 100-400mm super-telephoto zoom lens for 35mm full-frame Alpha E-mount cameras. The lens weighs approximately 654 grams and features optical image stabilization, fast autofocus and an optical design with two ED glass elements and two aspherical elements. The FE 100-400mm F5.6-8 OSS covers a 100-400mm focal range in a compact body. Sony says its weight and design help with handheld shooting and quick framing, while the focal range suits subjects such as birds, sports, trains and aircraft.
