Both models offer sequential write speeds of up to 6,450 MB/s.For random performance, the 2TB model is rated at up to 850K read and 1,200K write IOPS, while the 1TB model is rated at up to 700K read and 1,100K write IOPS. Samsung says these specifications are intended to support faster application launches, smoother gameplay, and more efficient handling of large workloads.The added storage capacity is meant to accommodate large volumes of high-resolution content and modern AAA games.
