A tool-free access latch on the bottom cover makes the internal components easier to access. The battery and SSD are user-replaceable, which can be particularly useful when these components eventually wear out or when additional storage is needed.Acer also places a visual repair guide directly on the laptop, providing instructions for servicing and upgrades. The design goes beyond the bottom cover. The external hinge can be detached from the chassis, making hinge-related repairs easier.
