OPPO and MediaTek showed off new on-device AI features at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2026 in Barcelona. The two companies are working together to bring AI directly to smartphones, announcing enhanced tools for translation and photography, as well as a new multimodal AI model designed to make phones smarter and more useful.
