vivo will launch OriginOS 7 Android 17 on September 16, 2026, at its Dev Conference in China. The update brings a new look, faster performance, and better multitasking to supported phones. OriginOS 7 comes with a Liquid Glass UI that uses clear textures and lighting effects. Users can pick from Real, Natural, or Soft modes. New lockscreen themes and system stickers are also part of the update. Animations are smoother and use less power, cutting energy use by about 20%.
